Dear all

i am working on a new project named timing advancer for cng/lpg vehicles. all i know is that the ecu of the vehicle is controlled according to the tps and map volatges. but dont know the details.

can anybody help me out on what exactly does it do and what is the relation between tps and map and ecu .
also what is the use of microcontroller in this unit
