Plitron 30VA, 6-0-6V transformer

sdvidhya says...

For sale: lightly used Plitron transformer. For those is the know, Plitron is one of the best transformer manufacturers out there. Based in Canada, Plitron is an OEM supplier for companies like Mark Levinson.

This little transformer was custom wound for me (like all ordered Plitron transformers) and delivered in May 2006. It turns out it is the wrong specification for my project, so I didn't mount it.

Input voltage is 2 x 115 VAC or 1 x 240 VAC and output voltage is 2 x 6 VAC or 1 x 12 VAC.

Model number 017110201 which codes out to: 30VA, 115/230V input, electrostatic screen, 6V/6V ouput, potted center drilled, no internal thermal protection, stranded 350mm wire leads.

I paid about $60 for this unit, and it is in very good condition. If you ordered one now from Plitron, it would take 6 weeks to get it.

Mounting bolt included. Will sell for $30 plus $5 shipping. Email orthoefer@hotmail.com
